BFW regularly conducts skill enhancing training programmes for machine users and authorised dealers. Eight such programmes were organised last year. More than 170 delegates from over 80 companies enthusiastically attended the programmes. The topics included CNC programming, maintenance of mechanical, electrical and electronic components, and other functions of the machines. Specially appointed external faculties and senior BFW experts explained the finer points about the upkeep of the machines and shared their experiences on deriving the maximum benefit out of them.
Comprehensive training programmes on Diagnostics and Trouble shooting of CNC machine Tools are conducted regularly with judicious blend of class room lectures and exposure to relevant practical aspects on the shop floor. These programmes are extremely popular with many leading companies including Maruti Udyog, Wheels India, Suzuki Motors, BEML, Bajaj Auto, Greaves Ltd., BHEL, Brakes India Ltd., TVS Motors, Simpson & Co. Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra, etc.
